Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026 · Version 2026-07-25 (rev 2)
This Privacy Policy explains how Luxeon LLC ("Luxeon", "we", "us", or "our"), the company operating Wozz at getwozz.com, collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Service.
Wozz is operated from the United States and is aimed primarily at a US market. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and to applying the baseline standards described below to everyone who uses the Service. Because the Service is available online, some users may sign up from the EU or UK; Section 8 sets out, as a fallback, the rights the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives those users.
1. Who We Are; Our Role
The data controller for personal data processed through Wozz is Luxeon LLC, a Wyoming-registered limited liability company operating the Wozz software. You can contact us at support@getwozz.com.
Our role. For a Creator's own account data (name, email, settings, billing status), Wozz acts as a controller. For subscriber data that a Creator collects and manages through the Service (such as subscriber Telegram IDs and payment proofs), Wozz acts largely as a processor on the Creator's behalf — the Creator determines why that data is collected and is responsible for having a lawful basis and their own privacy notice for it. We do not sell personal data.
2. Data We Collect
From Creators (account holders):
- Account information: your name, email address, and country.
- Authentication data: login credentials managed through our authentication provider.
- Telegram identifier: the Telegram user ID you link to your Wozz account, used to connect the Service to your channels.
- Channel and plan configuration: the channels, plans, prices, and payment-method settings you create.
- Billing information: your subscription tier, billing status, and renewal dates. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor — not by Wozz. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Records of your acceptance of our Terms, this Policy, and our Refund Policy (such as the version of each accepted and the date), where applicable.
From your subscribers (on your behalf):
- Telegram user IDs, usernames, and display names of subscribers, and subscription status and access records, so the Service can manage channel access on your behalf.
- Payment-proof screenshots and related payment details (such as the sender name and the last digits of the sending phone number) that subscribers submit when paying you by manual transfer — see Section 6.
- For card payments, payment references (such as transaction identifiers) from the Creator's own Stripe account. Card details are handled by Stripe, never by Wozz.
- For cryptocurrency payments, the payment's public blockchain transaction identifier.
Wozz does not process subscriber payments and does not custody subscriber funds.
Automatically:
- Basic technical and usage data (such as log data and, where used, essential cookies) needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- authenticate you and secure your account;
- manage your channels, subscribers, and subscription access;
- process your subscription to Wozz (via Stripe) and send billing-related notifications;
- send you service and account communications (such as renewal and payment notices);
- comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
Our legal bases for processing (where GDPR applies) include performance of our contract with you, your consent (where requested), our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Service Providers (Processors) We Use
We share personal data with trusted third-party providers only as needed to operate the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects Wozz subscription fees on our behalf, and processes card payments made by subscribers on each Creator's own connected Stripe account. Stripe is an independent controller for payment data. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file-storage hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.
- Railway — hosting for our Telegram bot and background workers.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (account and billing notifications).
- Telegram — the platform on which your channels operate; the Service interacts with Telegram's Bot API to manage channel access.
- TronGrid — used to read public blockchain data in order to detect cryptocurrency payments made to a Creator's own wallet (public on-chain data only).
Each provider processes data under its own terms and only for the purposes described here. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International Transfers
We and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EU/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
6. Payment-Proof Screenshots
When a subscriber pays a Creator by manual transfer (for example, bank transfer or other local payment methods), they may upload a screenshot of the transfer as proof of payment. These screenshots are financial personal data: they can show names, bank or account details, amounts, and dates.
- Why we collect them: solely so the Creator can verify that the payment was received and grant the subscriber access.
- Where they are stored: in a private storage bucket. Screenshots are never publicly accessible and are viewed only through short-lived, expiring signed links.
- Who can see them: the Creator who owns the channel the payment relates to, and Wozz personnel only where strictly necessary to operate or secure the Service.
- How long we keep them: we retain a payment screenshot for the length of the subscription period it relates to, plus a safety margin, and in no case less than 12 months after the related payment is resolved (approved or rejected). The payment record itself (amount, date, status) is retained as described in Section 7.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. Payment-proof screenshots are subject to the shorter retention period in Section 6. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.
8. Your Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export (data portability) the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@getwozz.com; we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and will not require you to give a reason. Our lawful bases for processing are described in Section 3, and our retention periods in Sections 6 and 7.
EU/UK users (fallback). If you are located in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the rights above and, in addition, the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Where our processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object to it on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Where Wozz acts as a processor on a Creator's behalf (Section 1), a subscriber wishing to exercise rights over that data should also contact the relevant Creator, who controls it; we will assist the Creator as required.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards (including access controls and row-level security on our database, private storage with expiring signed links, and encrypted secrets) to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material breaches where required by law.
10. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and version above when we do, and communicate material changes where reasonably practicable.
