Refund Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026 · Version 2026-07-25 (rev 2)
This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees paid by Creators for access to Wozz, the software operated by Luxeon LLC at getwozz.com. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Wozz subscription payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Luxeon LLC is the merchant for your Wozz subscription: refunds under this policy are issued by us and returned via Stripe to your original payment method.
1. What This Policy Covers — and What It Doesn't
This policy covers only the subscription fees Creators pay to Wozz for the software. How refunds of a subscriber's payment to a Creator work is described in Section 2.
Payments made by a Creator's subscribers are transactions between the subscriber and the Creator. The money goes directly to the Creator — to the Creator's own Stripe account, bank account, or wallet — and Wozz never holds it. Wozz is not the merchant for those payments and does not decide whether a subscriber receives a refund. Whether a subscriber is entitled to a refund is a matter between the subscriber and the Creator, subject to the Creator's own policies and applicable law; any card chargeback or payment dispute is handled on the Creator's own Stripe account and against the Creator's own funds.
2. Refunds of Subscriber Payments — Wozz's Technical Role
Wozz does not make refund decisions on a subscriber's payment, but its software does respond, technically, to a refund or reversal once someone with authority initiates one — whether that is the Creator, the subscriber through their card network, or Stripe. When that happens, Wozz:
- records the refund or reversal in its ledger; and
- revokes or adjusts the subscriber's channel access to reflect the outcome.
Where a Creator chooses to refund a card payment, Wozz may — acting on the Creator's behalf as part of operating the software — initiate that refund on the Creator's own connected Stripe account; any such refund is paid from the Creator's own funds. In every case the decision to refund rests with the Creator (or, for a chargeback, with the card network and Stripe) — never with Wozz. Wozz's role is limited to the technical facilitation and the access response described above.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase)
If you are not satisfied with Wozz, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription purchase. This applies to your initial purchase of a paid plan, whether monthly or annual — for an annual plan, a refund within the 14 days returns your full payment (it does not convert to a free year).
A money-back refund ends your paid plan. When we approve your refund, we cancel your Wozz subscription and return your account to the Free tier: access to paid features stops and you are not billed again. This is different from simply cancelling (Section 5), where you keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.
To request a refund within this window, contact us at support@getwozz.com with the email address used for your purchase. Approved refunds are issued by us via Stripe to your original payment method.
4. Renewals Are Non-Refundable
After the initial 14-day window, subscription renewal charges (both monthly and annual) are non-refundable. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date (see Section 5). We send renewal-related notifications to help you manage this.
5. Cancel Anytime (Different from a Refund)
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling is not the same as a refund: cancellation stops future renewals but you keep paid access to the end of the current period; a 14-day money-back refund (Section 3) ends your paid access and returns you to Free. When you cancel (no refund):
- you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for;
- you are not charged again; and
- no partial or pro-rated refund is given for the remainder of the current period, except where required by applicable law.
6. Exceptions and Discretion
We may, at our discretion, issue refunds outside this policy — for example, in cases of a confirmed service fault or a billing error. Conversely, refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud or abuse.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country, including any applicable statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights.
